Job Description

As a Computer Technician, you will:

Install, test, and maintain computer hardware (processors, memory chips, circuit boards, displays, sensors, data storage devices, printers, etc.) according to specifications.

Diagnose hardware faults, repair or replace defective components.

Advise on and install operating system software and firmware, and perform upgrades when necessary.

Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide effective solutions to restore functionality.

Maintain accurate documentation to track and log work in progress and completed tasks.

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as a computer technician or in a similar role.

Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.

Good understanding of internet security and data privacy principles.
